We've identified the likely cause:

Security vendors have blocked some convex.cloud domains for suspected phishing. Various ISPs and browsers obey these security vendor block lists and refuse to serve traffic to the blocked domains.

We've identified and stopped the suspicious traffic, and now we're working with vendors to get removed from these lists.
